Abstract

The belt 5 is overlap-wound around the shaft 4. After that, the other end of the belt 5 is secured on the frame 1. One end of a control belt 6 is secured on the shaft 4. The belt 6 is wound in the direction opposite to the expansible and contractible belt 5. The other end of the belt 6 is attached to a swingable operating rod 7. A clutch 10 is mounted on the shaft 4. Cargo or the like is put on a self- moving vehicle so that the weight of the cargo is applied to the upper end of the operating rod 7 to push it down.
