Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance effectiveness in machining work by providing a machine tool having automatic drill feed function with an automatic convertion device which shall make setting of automatic cycle pattern in combination of regular, reverse rotations and stop mode.
CONSTITUTION: An operating board 8 at the machine body has a spindle rotation adjustment dial 10 and a spindle feed adjustment dial 11 to make setting of the number of revolutions and the amount of feed. The feed motor 6 for spindle 3 is connected to an automatic feed change device 7 through a wiring 9. This automatic feed change device 7 is provided with a power source button 12, a function stop button 13, an automatic feed timer 14 to set the feed time to 1W5min, an automatic feed stop timer 15 to set the stopping time to 0W60sec, and an automatic return timer 16 to set the spindle to a return time of 0W120sec. Adjustment processing can be made regardless of setting of the dials 10, 11 as long as the timer 14W16 are set and the button 12 is turned on, which will well contribute to enhancing the effectiveness in processing work.
