Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a board for wall, a floor, etc. with an uneven surface simply by a method wherein ink containing a coloring agent, which forms a color when printing and loses the color when foaming after printing, and a foaming inhibitor is printed on a resin layer containing a foaming agent, and heated and foamed.
CONSTITUTION: An upper surface of a base material 1, such as paper, cloth, etc. is coated with vinyl chloride resin 2 containing a foaming agent, and a surface of said vinyl chloride resin 2 containing the foaming agent is gravure-printed with printing ink 3 for a vinyl chloride sheet-film formed by agitating a medium, a foaming inhibitor and iodine and having a characteristic that a color is lost by heating and foaming after printing. The whole is heated, and the foaming agent in the vinyl chloride resin 2 is decomposed only on a nonapplying section 5 of the ink 3, thus projecting said section 5.
