Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify operation and constitution and improve the accuracy of measurement by using relatively rotatable double cylinders with suction ports and others. CONSTITUTION:An outside cylinder 1 of a closed leading end and an open root end which is opened with plural suction ports 3', 3'' in the circumferential wall over the entire length in a manner as to shift in position in the axial line direction is inserted with an inside cylinder 4 of the similar construction built in with temperature and humidity sensors 13, 14, and these cylinders are made rotatable by way of a bearing 6.
