Abstract
PURPOSE:To utilize electric energies for thrust in cosmic space by installing the centers of two fly-wheels at different positions and causing the centers thereof to make a circular movement by twisting or while twisting. CONSTITUTION:Arms 5 are fixed to both ends of a rotary shaft 6, and rotary shafts 14 and fly wheels 15 and 16 are fixed to the arms 5 through bearings 12. The rotary shafts 14 are projected upwardly and downwardly from the arms 5 and 5, respectively, and rubber tiers 22 are fitted to the projected ends and large pulleys 23 are fixed to the inner end sides of sleeves 18. When a V-belt 24 is wound around between the pulley 17 and the large pulley 23, and the large pulley 23 is rotated, the fly-wheels 15 and 16 are rotated. Accordingly, by manipulating the rotational direction of the main shaft 1, a twisting force and a rotational force are generated, and the reaction force thereof is derived as a thrust.
