Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a continuous extruder with a reducible diameter of movable wheel shaft by a construction wherein a material is supplied into an annular endless channel formed with a movable wheel and a fixed shoeblock so that the material can be extruded from a die and formed. CONSTITUTION:A material 14 is supplied into the opening (entrance) of a carrying channel 15 formed with a movable wheel 10 and a fixed shoeblock 13, and the movable wheel 10 is allowed to rotate in the direction of an arrow. The rotation causes contact friction to occur between the material 14 and an endless channel 12, and the frictional force pushes the material 14 to the inmost portion of the channel 15. The material is made to reach the limit of the channel where a receiving part 17 is located so as to produce a pushing pressure and forced out through a die 18 as an extrusion 20. As a result, the diameter of the shaft 11 can be made smaller by reducing the torque generated on the shaft.
