Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the workability of brazing of magnetrons etc. and eliminate brazing defects by forming brazing filler metals of plural annular plates of different diameters concentrically into one piece by using spacers. CONSTITUTION:A brazing filler metal 6 consisting of an annular plate of a large diameter and a brazing filler metal 7 consisting of an annular plate of a small diameter are formed concentrically into one piece by using spacers 8. This blazing filler metal 9 is set on the top end face of a circular wire material 1 or the like and a pipe material 3 of a small diameter and a pipe material 5 of a large diameter are placed thereon and are brazed. This brazing material 9 may be set to the brazing surface of the members in one time without making their centering. At the brazing, the spacers 8 flow to the brazing filler metal 6 and 7 side and part and since the members are brazed by the brazing filler metals 6, 7 alone, brazing defects are eliminated.
