PURPOSE:To miniaturize the agitating part of a foaming machine by providing plural grooves on the upper surface of an agitating disc inside the agitating vessel and agitating liquid by means of these grooves to generate foam. CONSTITUTION:When motor 1 starts, agitating disc 2 fixed on the motor shaft inside agitating vessel 6 rotates. Plural grooves 2' provided on the upper surface of disc 2 generate foam effectively and cause the resistance to reduce, making it possible to miniaturize the motor. The resistance of rib 22 attached to cylindrical agitating vessel 6 in the direction of its internal shaft makes it possible to accelerate agitation more violently.
