Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a condensing apparatus which accelerates the liquefaction of a refrigerant and increases the efficiency of condensation by applying centrifugal force to the refrigerant of gaseous phase transferred through the cooling pipe by means of a rectifying chip attached to the inside of the cooling pipe with a stated interval between the rectifying chip and cooling pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Spiral rectifying chip 15 is attached to the inside of cooling pipe 14 with stated interval 16 between chip 15 and pipe 14. When gas is allowed to flow forcedly from up to down through cooling pipe, rotating force is applied to the gas which flows into pipe 14 by chip 15 and the pressure near the inwall of pipe 14 is increased higher than that of the center by the centrifugal force, so that condensation is caused easily near the inwall of pipe 14. Then condensed and liquefied refrigerant flows downwards through interval 16 between the inwall of pipe 14 and chip 15. Namely, the gas is rotated along rectifying chip 15 and the refrigerant of gaseous phase draws more moderate spiral than the rotation of the gas when it flows downwards.
