Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically control the internal pressure in a proportional counter tube at a constant variation by operating an exhaust or suction solenoid valve via a driving circuit by the detection voltage when the internal pressure of a proportional counter tube rises or drops and exceeds a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION:When the internal pressure of a proportional counter tube 4 rises and exceeds a normal pressure range, the detection voltage rises higher than a discrimination voltage E1, then a voltage discriminator 11 outputs a pulse signal, thereby ON driving an exhaust solenoid valve 6 via a driving circuit 17. By this, the internal pressure of the tube 4 is decreased and when it drops down to within a normal range, the operation of the circuit 17 stops and the valve 6 goes off. On the other hand, when the internal pressure of the tube 4 falls below the normal range, the detection output lowers below the discrimination voltage E2, and a voltage discriminator 12 outputs a pulse signal, thereby ON driving a suction solenoid valve 3. When the internal pressure of the tube 4 rises up to the normal range, the valve 3 goes off. Thereby, the internal pressure in the tube 4 is automatically controlled at a fixed variation.
