CONSTITUTION:A transistor Tr2 is connected in parallel to a diode D connected in series to a parallel circuit of a data detection circuit 20 and a condencer C0. In a fine current range where a charge voltage is less than I0 the drop in the voltage of a diode D is larger than that in a transistor Tr2, when the drop in the voltage due to a rectifier circuit as a capacitor C0 is charged through transistor Tr. When the charge current is larger than I0, the drop in the voltage of the diode D is smaller than that in the transistor Tr2, when the drop in the voltage due to the rectifier circuit is small as the capacitor C0 is charged through the diode D.
