CONSTITUTION:When the transmission is over for a sheet of picture from the transmission side, the static picture transmitter 1 transmits the picture transmission end signal 3 after encoding it in a period during which the synchronous or address signal of the static picture output signal 2 is transmitted, and at the same time supplies the signal 3 to the circuit control circuit 4. Thus the circuit switch 6 is controlled by the circuit control signal 5, i.e., the output of the circuit 4, thus switching the circuit to the side of the receiver of control signal.
