Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy delay wave detection for the double-phase PSK modulated wave that is modulated by a low-speed data, by keeping constant via a phase varying circuit the difference of phase between the carrier wave obtained by modulating the input modulated wave by the phase detection output and the modulated wave that is delayed by a slot time. CONSTITUTION:The modulated wave supplied through the input terminal A is delayed by the delay circuit 1 by a time slot necessary for the delay wave detection system and applied to the phase comparator 3 via the phase varying circuit 1. The modulated wave supplied is also applied to the reverse modulator circuit 4 and phase detecting circuit 6, and a carrier wave is obtained by the output of the circuit 6 through the circuit 4. Then a comparison is carried out between the carrier wave and the signal passed through the circuit 2. The output of comparison is applied to the circuit 2 to keep a constant difference of phase. The output of the circuit 2 is applied to the circuit 6 via the phase device 5 for a fine adjustment of phase. Thus the phase detection output signal B is obtained.
