Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize not only a prevention of oscillation but a high-speed operation for an amplifier, by inserting a serial body of a resistor and capacitor into another serial body of a resistor and capacitor provided between the feedback terminal and the earth of the amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: The amplifier contains the impedance elements Z1 (consisting of the resistances 10 and 12 plus capacitors 11 and 13) and Z2 (consisting of the resistance 14 and capacitor 15) that are provided between the output terminal 6 and the feedback terminal 4 as well as between the terminal 4 and the earth 16 each of the amplifier 5. In such constitution, the impedance element Z3 (consisting of the resistance 17 and capacitor 18) is connected between the terminal 4 and the earth 16. The resistance value and the capacity of the resistance 17 and capacitor 18 are selected in order to secure the impedance of the terminal Z3 as Z3≫Z2 in a low frequency range and Z3<Z2 in high frequency range, respectively. As a result, the voltage gain can be increased in a high frequency range. Furthermore this voltage gain can be freely controlled by the resistance 17, thus not only a prevention of oscillation but a high-speed operation of an amplifier are realized.
