Simultaneously, transistor 16 is turned on, and power is supplied to oscillation stop signal generating circuit 9, and the time constant circuit consisting of 22 and 23 is operated. After a prescribed time, transistors 12 and 14 are turned on by the output of comparator 17 to stop oscillation, and the supply of power to circuit 9 is stopped by turning-off of transistors 15 and 16. Light emission is performed before prescribed time elapse, transistor 24 is turned on to clear the time constant circuit, and charging is started again. The time constant circuit is cleared also by turning-off of power supply switch 2.
