Abstract
PURPOSE: To make mounting of a lens to a lens-barrel easy and prevent the distortion and deviation of the lens by forming a groove on the outside circumferential surface of the lens, thermally staking the lens holding portion of the synthetic-resin- made lens-barrel opposing to this groove from the outside and fitting the holding portion into the groove thereby fixing the lens.
CONSTITUTION: A V-form groove 6 is formed on the outside circumference of a lens 2, and a plurality of thermally staking rolls 7 which are disposed equidistantly are applied on the lens holding portion 1 of the synthetic-resin-made lens-barrel opposing to this groove 6 from its outside circumference evenly and the thermal staking is done while moving the respective rolls in the central direction. It is also possible to provide notches 8, 8 on both sides of the portion (a) to be thermally staked in order to prevent the generation of any strain within the holding portion 1. Here, the shape, length, direction, etc. of the groove 6 may be changed freely according to need. Thereby, the mounting of the lens to the lens-barrel may be made easy, the distortion and deviation of the lens may be prevented and the flare cut effect by the groove portion may be obtained.
