Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent lowering of shield effect and loss due to leakage of magnetic flux in voltage and current transformer, by arranging plural conductors through an insulator so as to be parallel alternatively and further connecting all above conductors at either place so as not to loop by the conductor.
CONSTITUTION: A wire material which plural conducting wires having insulation coating and small cross section are united in parallel, is used for constitution of a shielding device 2, and a drawn wire 2 is made by bending one end of the wire. At a separate place from the winding wire of transformer in where influence of leakage of magnetic flux is not existed, a conductor is connected the tip part of above drawn wire to ground. Therefore, even if leaked magnetic flux cross the shielding device 2, as one end of the wire 12 is opened and also the cross section is small, generated eddy current in the wire becomes extremely small in the above connected part. Also, as loss due to eddy current is not generated, it contributes to prevent the increase of loss in the transformer.
