CONSTITUTION: The lamp encapsulated with mixed rare gas containing at least one of krypton and xenon is loaded at position 1R, 1L and starts exhaustion at position 4R, 4L, while argon is injected from side L during flushing process D at position 8.5LW10L. Exhaustion is continued while performing the writing from position 10R, 10L, then the mercury is weighted at position 19L, 18L and the mercury is blown into the lamp by the flow of argon during mercury blowing process at position 19L, 20L. Then mixed rare gas of keypton and argon is filled at position 30RW 32R. In the embodyment argon is used in both flushing process D and mercury blowing process E, but argon can be used in any one of said process and the reduction of manufacturing cost can be achieved because of cheap argon.
