Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish a direct indication of computed data by computing the pulse width data necessary for the computation drawing from the watch signal pulse trains, while an indicator is provided for indicating the computed data.
CONSTITUTION: When the electronic watch with a temperature compensation intened for measuring the pace is set for a receiver 1, the watch signal pulse train is introduced into a pulse identifying circuit 3 to identify the pulses necessary for computation of the compensation level. The pulses thus identified are outputted to the CPU6 and a counter 5. To the CPU, introduced is the day-to-day difference data according to the pulse width obtained by the clock pulses from the counter. After the computation, data indicating the true pace signal following the compensation is outputted. The results of the calculation are outputted and indicated on a display 8.
