Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the said film keeping a die in a static and stabilized state by inflating extruded fused plastic resin while cutting grooves on its inner circumference by circumferential projections of rotary disks being installed on the extention of the central axis. CONSTITUTION:Fused plastic resin being pressed out from a supply hole 14 is extruded through the outer circumference of an inner metal body 5 in the clearance between an outer metal body 4 and the inner one 5 and grooves are cut on the inner surface of the fused plastic resin by rotation of a pair of rotary disks 8, 10 with projections 8a, 10a which reverse to each other. The fused plastic resin always goes straight and meshing works are formed on the inner surface. Since the fused plastic resin furnished with meshes shrinks on account of its peculiar neck-in property, the resin is expanded again through a stabilizer 12 to form a tubular plastic sheet on the inside of which meshing works are performed.
