Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to detect failures at high speed and accuracy by respectively detecting the output power of the electric circuits having almost the same performance and comparing the detected output voltages. CONSTITUTION:The input signal S0 is branched at the signal branch circuit 10 and inputted to the amplifiers 11, 12 having almost the same performance. A part of the output power of the amplifiers 11, 12 is branched at the branch circuits 13, 14 and it is inputted to the differential amplifier 17 via the detectors 15, 16 and equalizers 20, 21. When the amplifiers 11, 12 are normally operated, the input voltage difference of the differential amplifier 17 is small and the output voltage is in balanced state, then the comparators 18, 19 are inoperative. If either of the amplifier 11 or 12 is in failure, a difference is caused to the input voltage of the differential amplifier 17, either one of the output voltages D1, D2 of the comparators 18, 19 is changed to detect failure.
