Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a discrimination between channels when recording lines recording analog values of channels cross each other, by stopping the supply of heating power to a channel of lower priority and by drawing only a channel of higher priority at an intersection.

CONSTITUTION: Analog signals supplied to input terminals 1a and 1b are alternated by change-over circuit 2 and A/D-converted 3 by turns and through change-over circuit 4, A/D-converted values are stored in memories 5a and 5b respectively. Read- out outputs of those memories 5a and 5b are compared by comparator 10 and when those two read-out outputs approximate to a range of a certain value, gate circuit 11 of the channel of lower priority at the input terminal 1b side is closed to inhibit the read-out output of memory 5b from being supplied to the post stage. Consequently, read-out outputs of memories 5a and 5b are read out by turns by change- over circuit 6 and when they are recorded by thermal head 8, blank parts 14a and 14b of recording line 13b of the lower priority are formed where it crosses recording line 13a of higher priority, so that recording lines 13a and 13b can be discriminated easily.
