The 2nd charge transfer unit 2 is connected to unit 1 so that the residual part of the transfer charge of each bit of D1-D5 of unit 1 may be injected to bits delta1-delta5 each. And the charge injected are transferred in sequence to information output terminal 13 with repetitive frequency f2 of 1/2 times as much as frequency f1.
