Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the trimming time when plural resistance elements on a substrate of a hybrid integrated circuit are adjusted to have a same resistance, by selecting an element having the highest resistance as an aimed one, and carrying out trimming on other elements.
CONSTITUTION: When trimming a plurality of resistance elements on a hybrid integrated circuit substrate 1, other resistance elements 3∼5 are so laser trimmed as to fall their resistance values within an allowable range setting the resistance value of the resistance element 2 having the highest initial resistance value as its target value. Thus, all the resistance values of the resistance elements 2, 6, 7 on the substrate 1 become equal, and yet the time for equalizing the resistances of the respective element is shortened.
