Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable one operator to vary and set a phase difference between output signals by temporarily converting a value equivalent to an offset into an analog value and then by comparing this with another variable analog value for the setting of the offset. CONSTITUTION:To vary a phase difference between signal outputs S1 and S2 from 1st and 2nd wave memory type signal generation systems, the content of phase sample counter 10 is converted by offset D/A converter 30 into analog voltage output A, which is compared with output B of variable voltage source 32 by voltage comparator 34. Coincidence detection output C of voltage comparator 34 triggers monostable multivibrator 36 to generate pulse D, which is applied to reset input terminal R of phase sample counter 20 to initialize the content of phase sample counter 20. Consequently, a phase difference of about three digits can be set by one knob.
