Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to transfer smoothly by a method wherein a transfer trough, supported on a base through leaf springs, is connected to a vibrating mechanism through connecting members consisting of leaf springs, and is vibrated slowly into a transferring direction but quickly into a returning direction.
CONSTITUTION: A box-type transfer trough 1, opened in its upper surface, is supported on a base 3 through a plurality of leaf springs 2, and a vibrating mechanism 6 is connceted to angle members 32, attached to the bottom of the trough 1 at the left end portion, through synchronizing leaf springs 30a, 30b. The vibrating mechanism 6 is supported on the base 3 through a plurality of coil springs 36 and is constituted with a pair of upper and lower vibrating portions 6a, 6b. Respective vibrating portions are constituted so that each two pieces of approximately semicircular first unbalanced weights 7a, 7b are fixed to first rotating shafts 15a, 15b, while respective small-diametered, approximately semicircular second unbalanced weights 8a, 8b are fixed to second rotating shafts 16a, 16b, and the weights for the respective vibrating portions are designed to be rotated into respective opposing directions at synchronized revolving speeds.
