Abstract
PURPOSE:To make constant the force of pushing the nozzle to the valve opening and facilitate fixing and opening of the nozzle, by pushing up the inner end of lever member through tensile force of spring coil, and pushing up the dipping nozzle by way of a cradle. CONSTITUTION:A dipping nozzle 20 is inserted from above into a cradle 110 disposed in a tube body 101 of a removable device 100 for dipping nozzle, and the device 100 is operated by holding a supporting lever 102 and handle frame 103 to stop it on a chute 14 of a slide valve 12. At this time, a clearance is left between the lower end 13a of a slide board 13 of the valve 12 and the upper end 20a of the nozzle 20. Manipulating the handle, a crankshaft 105 is rotated clockwise, and the lever member is rotated also clockwise through a coil spring 140, and the inner end thereof is raised to make the nozzle 20 to contact with the board 13 through the cradle 110. Further, with the tensile force of the spring 140, the nozzle 20 is maintained in the state being pressed down at a constant force.
