Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a kneader and enable fine grinding by holding rollers whose whole outsides are uneven between a cylindrical container whose whole inside is uneven and the side walls of blades formed round a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A material is supplied from extruder 2 through supply inlet 3 of cylindrical container 4 into spaces 15 formed with the uneven inner wall of container 4 and blades 6 of rotor 7. rotary shaft 5 combined with screw shaft 14 of extruder 2 is driven with driving unit 13 to rotate rotor 7. Simultaneously with the rotation rotor 7 moves rollers 9 held in spaces 15 in contact with blades 6 while turning rollers 9 along the uneven inner wall of container 4 in engaged state, whereby the material supplied into spaces 15 is smashed and finely ground between the uneven inner wall of container 4 and the engaged uneven outsides of rollers 9.
