Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothen the charging and discharging of materials by leading the charging hopper to the upper part and an inner drum with a charging opning on its upper part is rotatably inserted into an outer drum with a discharging opening on its lower part. CONSTITUTION:a moisture-rich solid and a moisture-lean solid are charged from the charging hopper 6 of the outer drum 8 and housed into the inner drum 1. Then, the rotation axle 4 of the inner drum 1 is rotated through the clutch-attached chain wheel 15 of the prime mover 13 and the intermedium axle 14 to rotate the stirring blades 5 and 5' inside the inner drum 1 in order to effectively mix both the moisture-rich solid and the moisture-lean solid together. After the mixing and stirring, the clutch of the clutch-attached chain wheel 15' is set to ON to rotate the inner drum 1 through the chain wheel 11' and the boss 3 and to turn the charging opening of the inner drum 1 downwards so as to match it with the discharging opening 7 of the outer drum 8, whereby discharging the mixture inside the inner drum 1 from the aforesaid discharging opening 7.
