Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a vehicle constant-travel unit which provides stable operation of good response by feeding a rate of the opening direction of a throttle valve back to a control system.
CONSTITUTION: A set vehicle speed memory is stored with a set vehicle speed by operating accelerator 23 and then by turning switch 5 ON when the vehicle speed reaches a desired value. Vehicle speed information an AC signal from sensor 1 is applied to differential amplifier 7 via rectifier circuit 2 together with set vehicle speed information from memory 4. The output of amplifier 7 controls acturator 9 of vacuum servomotor 8, the output of which exercises control over engine throttle 14 through output rod 11 so that the vehicle speed will be hold at the set value. The control direction of throttle 14 and its variable are fed back to differential amplifier 7 by way of potention-acturator 12 and feedback circuit 10 fitted to output rod 11.
