Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the wearproof and life expectancy of stoppers, by fitting with calking a positioning plate made of wear-proof metal to an end of a through member. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 13 is fitted with calking by its margin between a casing 11 and cover 12. The casing 11 forms an atmosphere chamber 16 and fitted with calking P3 to an end of a through member 17. A rod 19 penetrates through a hole 18 of the member 17, and its end is fitted with calking P4 to the diaphragm 13 through a cup 20. The other end of the through member 17 is fitted with calking P5 to a positioning plate 21 made of wear-proof material. A stopper 22 is formed solid to the rod 19 on the side of the diaphragm 13 and another stopper 23 on the opposite side of the plate 21.
