Abstract

PURPOSE:A composition for forming antistatic and crosslinking films that is composed of a polyfunctional monomer containing 3 or more acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy groups, other monomers, organic solvents and a photosensitizer, thus being cured by irradiation of active energy rays to give films with high wearing resistance and dyeability. CONSTITUTION:Said composition for forming coating films comprises (A) 5-90 parts by wt of a monomer mixture consisting of (a) 50-98wt% of a polyfunctional monomer containing 3 or more acryloyloxy or methacryloyloxy groups in the molecule, (b) 0-40wt% of a monomer of formula I [R1 is H, methyl; R2 is 1-5C alkoxy, (meth)acryloyloxy, n is 5-30], (c) 1-30wt% of a sulfonic acid monomer of formula II (R3 is H, methyl; Y is CONH, -COO; 1, m, n, and r are 0-5 respectively) and (d) 1-20wt% of an ethanolamine of formula III (R4 and R5 are H, 1- 15C alkyl or -CH2CH2OH) and (B) 95-10 parts of at least one organic solvent which can form a uniform solution by mixing with component A, and (C) 0-10 parts of a photosensitizer, based on 100 parts of A+B. The composition can form crosslinked films by irradiation with active energy rays.
