CONSTITUTION: At least more than one kind of chemicals of MnO2, CoC and Cr2O3 are added by 0.1∼3.0wt% to piezoelectric ceramic in a tetragonal phase area mainly composed of lead titanate (PbTiO3), lead zirconate (PbZrO3) and lead magnesium [Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3]. This blended material is not-pressed. Piezoelectric ceramic material prepared in this way enables providing of, for instance, a surface elastic wave filter for television image intermediate frequency circuit.
