Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable fragile articles to be conveyed safely by allowing two unbalanced weights having different radius of eccentricity to revolve in the reciprocally opposite direction with a prescribed speed ratio and applying only the vibration in the horizontal direction onto a trough.
CONSTITUTION: The vibrating mechanism 6 fixed at the end part of a conveyance trough 1 through an installation element 5 is constituted of the induction motors M1 and M2 arranged outside an installation bracket 10 and first and second unbalanced weights 7a and 13a which are arranged inside the installation bracket 10 through shafts 15a and 16a. These weights are linked through a gear and revolve in the reciprocally opposite direction with a prescribed speed ratio, and the resultant force of these vibration are negated each other in the vertical direction, and allow trough to vibrate only in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, the articles to be conveyed do not move ups and down, so even fragile articles can be conveyed safely, and the generation of noise is prevented.
