Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to unload a powdery material in small quantities without partitioning a tank inside therefor by a method wherein an operational frequency of a driving means to drive a conveying means is detected on a detection means, and a discharge of the powdery material is controlled by the output.
CONSTITUTION: To convey a powdery material in a tank 3 into a silo 12, an oil hydraulic pump 24 is driven, and a transfer valve 23 is changed to the left position 23a with an operating means 14. Then, a hydraulic fluid is supplied to an oil hydraulic motor 13 through a controlling valve 19 and the transfer valve 23, screws 7W9 are rotated by the oil hydraulic motor 13, and thus the powdery material is conveyed into the silo 12. In this case, the number of revolutions of the oil hydraulic motor 13 is counted on a counter 16 to display. Then, a discharge of the powdery material according to the number of revolutions of the oil hydraulic motor 13 is measured beforehand, and whenever the discharge of the powdery material reaches a set point, the number of revolutions of the oil hydraulic motor 13 is displayed on the counter 16, and the switch is turned to ON position to change the controlling valve 19 to the right position 19b.
