Abstract

PURPOSE:To process a work of abrasion at a time for the vessel from inner wall face to through hole of less than several mm diameter, by immersing a vessel, with a through hole provided and containing a first abrasive , in the abrasive liquid made suspension of a finer second abrasive, and relatively shifting this vessel for the first abrasive and abrasive liquid. CONSTITUTION:In a work W to be processed abrasion, is housed a first abrasive 26 of size not capable of passing its through hole, and inserted a stirring blade 20. Subsequently, an opening portion of the work W is closed by a cap material 21, and the stirring blade 20 is linked to an electric motor shaft 19 by a fixing device 13. An abrasive liquid 27, made suspension of a second abrasive capable of passing a through hole of the work W, is poured into an abrasive liquid tank 12 in center of which the above described work W is placed. Under this condition, with the stirring blade 20 rotated, the first abrasive 26 is stirred, to abrasion process inner surfaces of the work W. Simultaneously, as the first abrasive 26 is stirred, the abrasive liquid 27 is circulated with the second abrasive made passing the above described through hole, and this through hole inner circumferential face is processed abrasion by the second abrasive.
