Abstract

PURPOSE: To pre-cast forgoing apparatus of metal of a small size permitting continuous large volume production formed by sealing the side faces of inner and outer rotary dies provided eccentrically and installing a stationary die to the narrowest part of the space formed.
CONSTITUTION: An inner rotary type die 3 which is mounted to a shaft 4 offcentered downward with respect to the axis of an outer rotary type die 1 supported by multiple rolls 2 and rotated counterclockwise by the revolutions of the rolls 2 and which is rotated counterclockwise by the revolutions of the shaft 4 is installed to the die 1. A stationary die 5 is provided to the bottom end of the space between both rotary type dies.
