CONSTITUTION:Phase-locked loop circuit 3 obtains two signals for synchronous detection synchronizing with an input signal and a composite synchronizing signal is separately detected 9 and 10 synchronously by those two signals to obtain left and right signals by matrix circuit 12. Here, variable delay circuit 15 is connected to the input signal or switching signal of circuit 9 or 10 and circuit 15 is controlled by the output voltage of phase detection circuit of circuit 3.
