Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve working efficiency in unloading of green tyre by arranging a green tyre unloading mechanism of a specific construction, wherein a transfer mechanism for the unloading mechanism and a green tyre kick-out mechanism are arranged successively in the axial direction of the spindle of the tyre molding machine so that the green tyre can be unloaded by a simple movement in the axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: Upon completion of the green tyre molding operation, a control device is operated to move the unloading mechanism 6 from the stand-by position A1 to the green tyre unloading position A2 through a transfer mechanism 7, and then the unloading section 9 is operated to hold the green tyre G by four holding shafts. Then the unloading mechanism 6 is further moved by the transfer mechanism 7 to the position A3 where the green tyre is transferred to a kick-out mechanism 8. The kick-out mechanism 8 is then operated to receive the green tyre G from the unloading mechanism 6 and then release the green tyre such that is rolls out of the molding machine. This improves the working efficiency, prevents deformation of the green tyre and reduces the production cost.
