Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable measurement with high accuracy and good efficiency for the spectrophotometry to a plurality of areas in measurement space at the same time and with sufficient light amount, by using a plurality of spectrometers. CONSTITUTION:The unit uses a plurality of spectro units P1-P4, takes greater aperture for the image forming lens system L with greater solid angle for light collection, and optical fiber bundle 0 is used for the light transmission between the both. Further, taking the area of measuring range including a plurality of measuring areas as So, the number of apertures of spectro unit (N.A.) as A2, the inlet slit area as S2, and the unmber of sets as k(k>=2), the number of apertures (N.A.) of the optical fiber bundle as A1, F number of the image formation lens system as F1, the number of branched optical fiber bundle as k, the area of each emission surface branched as S1, and the F number of relay lens system as F2, the conditions of equations I to III can be satisfied.
