Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an electric inclination for the beam by providing the metal bar featuring a smaller size than the using wavelength around the antenna element and then securing defferent numbers of the metal bars at least between one antenna element and another one. CONSTITUTION:Antenna elements 3 and 4 form 2-dipole row 7, and antenna elements 5 and 6 form 2-dipole row 8 respectively. Metal bars 11 and 12 plus 13-16 are provided on the front surface of row 7 and 8 each. If each of metal bars 11-16 is made smaller than the using wavelength, the dielectric modulus is heightened as the number of the metal bars increases. Thus, the main beam can be inclined by angle theta.
