Abstract

PURPOSE: To display the consumption of a battery, by automatically detecting the voltage of the battery, in an ignition device that uses an electronic circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A battery 1 of an ignition device is connected to an oscillation circuit 3 through a switch 2, and a switch circuit 4 for detecting voltage is connected between the power source terminals of the circuit 3. One portion of the output of the oscillation circuit 3 is delivered to a switch circuit 6 and a display element 7 through a rectifying circuit 5, the switch circuit 6 is controlled by means of said switch circuit 4 and the display element 7 is controlled by means of the switch circuit 6. A means 8 for generating sparks is operated by the output of the oscillation circuit 3. Said display element 7 is formed in such a manner that a luminous diode D3 is radiated when the voltage of the battery 1 becomes not more than fixed value, a NPN transistor Q1 is in OFF and a similar Q3 is in ON while using voltage rectifying oscillation output as a power source, thus warning the consumption of the battery.
