Abstract

CONSTITUTION: At time t0 when the power supply is turned ON, voltage Vcc of waveform (a) is supplied to a power terminal to develope a voltage of waveform (b) at the base of transistor 28. The collector voltage of transistor 28 is held at a high level as shown by waveform (c) and the base voltage of transistor 29 has waveform (d).
