Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an automatic switching between the FM stereo signal and the TV multiple aural signal by detecting the presence or absence of the control signal contained in the TV multiple aural signal through the detector circuit. CONSTITUTION:In case the FM-detected signal emerging at the output of tuner 2 is the TV multiple aural signal, switch circuits 4 and 5 are turned on and off by the output obtained by giving the detection to the control signal through detector circuit 3. As a result, the multiple aural signal is applied to multiple aural demodulator circuit 7 to be demodulated and then applied to two low frequency signal systems 8 and 9. After this, with output of the stereo composite signal from tuner 2, circuits 4 and 5 is turned on and off respectively since no stereo composite signal is detected at circuit 3. Thus the stereo composite signal is applied to the stereo demodulator circuit to be demodulated, thus the right and left stereo signals being delivered to be applied to systems 8 and 9.
