Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a device with high heat collecting efficiency and capable of preventing hunting by controlling the heating medium circulation pump according to the result of output comparison between the temperature of the heat collecting plate secured to a heat collecting pipe and the heating medium temperature in the heat collecting pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A heat collecting pipe 2 having secured thereto a wing-like heat collecting plate 3 is set in a vacuum light-penetratable pipe 4 to constitute a heat collector unit 1, and a first detector 14 is set on the heat collecting pipe 2 at the outlet portion of the heat collector unit 1 to detect the heating medium temperature. A second detector 15 is fixed to the end of said heat collecting plate 1 to detect the temperature at the end of the heat collecting plate 1. The outputs of said both detectors 14 and 15 are compared, and when the output of the second detector 15 is greater than that of the first detector, that is, when the temperature of the heat collecting plate 3 is higher than the heating medium temperature, heat collection is performed and the heating medium circulation pump is operated. When no heat collection is made, the output of the second detector is reduced and the circulation pump is stopped.
