CONSTITUTION:Capacitor 12, one of constituent elements of LPF10 of an AGC loop including LPF10 and AGC signal generating circuit 14 connected its prior stage, is charged forcibly. Namely, putting a power supply to work let charging circuit 16 charge capacitor 12 to a fixed level with a fixed time constant and control circuit 19, when detecting capacitor 12 being charged to the fixed level, stops circuit 16 from charging. Then, circuit 16 in operation drives circuit 14 to prevent a shock sound effectively.
