Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the performance by using a pair of gap sensors.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of the induction type gap sensors 31,32 are fitted to the absorption type magnetic floating running body with the fixture 4, apart toward the same direction with greater distance than the amount of clearance toward rail of the air gap section 2 at the joint of the rails 1,1, and they are connected to the diodes D1 and D2 in the low voltage detection circuit. Thus, when a pair of the gap sensors 31 and 32 are moved toward the arrow, the voltage signals e1 and e2 detecting the joint of the rails 1,1 as convex shape are obtained from the independing detective operation of the gap sensors 31 and 32, and they are inputted to the diodes D1 and D2 to output the floating clearance amount detection signal eo from the rail 1 for the running body.
