Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the vibration inspection for liquid with high accuracy by a simple operation, by using a pair of light emitting and photo detecting elements and detecting the time aging of the test piece in the tube based on the amount of light reception. CONSTITUTION:The test piece tube 4 containing a suitable amount of liquid test piece 8 is placed on the upper part of the vibrating stand 3 and it is supported with the fixture 10 from the upper part. When electric power is applied to the vibrating stand drive unit 1, since the major shaft 2 reciprocates left and right in a given period, the test piece tube 4 repeats the vibrating operation. When light is projected from the light emitting element 5 during this vibration, the light transmits the test piece 8 in the test piece tube 4 and it is received in the photo detector 6. But, when the test piece 8 is changed with the vibrating operation, the light is absorbed. Since the amount of transmitted light is changed for the share, the output from the element 6 is also changed. Accordingly, the vibrating inspection can be made with high accuracy by displaying the state of change on the display unit 7.
