Abstract
PURPOSE: To readily fom the good multiple antireflecting film which prevent white turbid phenomenon by subsequently forming the specific material layer, coating glass layer, Zr-oxide-contained layer on a glass substrate.
CONSTITUTION: In the multiple antireflection films composed of, e.g., 5 layers, the material layer 2 having the refractive index satisfying the relations shown by the formula (ng, ns, nc are refractive indices of the glass substrate, material layer 2, coating glass layer 3, respectively), coating glass layer 3 and the layer 7 containing Zr oxide (constituted by material layers 4, 5, 6 and contained with Zr oxide at least in one thereof) are laminated on a glass substrate 1 and yet the thickness of the first layer (material layer 2) is made integer times λ/4 with respect to light of a wavelength (λ)500nm, whereby the multiple antireflecting films are formed.
