PURPOSE:To prevent a floating phenomenon of the bottom plate in an inner tank by fixing a cable hook to the lower outer periphery of the inner tank of a tank, implanting the hook onto the foundation of the tank along the lower outer peripheral edge of the inner tank and tensioning and mounting the cable at both hooks. CONSTITUTION:Cable hooks 9 are fixed to the lower outer periphery of the inner tank 5 of a tank, cable hooks 10 are implanted onto the tank foundation along the lower outer peripheral edges of the inner tank 5, and the cable 11 is engaged with the hooks 9, 10 alternatively to thereby tension the cable. Thus, since the cable 11 is engaged under predetermined tension even if the peripheral portion of the bottom plate 6 of the inner tank 5 is floated by the internal pressure as designated by broken lines 14, it can prevent a floating phenomenon of the bottom plate 6.
